We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Admin to perform systems administration level issue resolution and project-based work in a PC/Mac environment.  Your work will impact projects across the entire stack to include hardware, software, security, applications, network and storage. You will be on the front lines, providing technical support for MacBook, iOS, and Android devices, and Enterprise SaaS applications across multiple locations.  This role will also assist in automating ourhelpdesk workflows, and optimizing our onboarding processes.

What You'll Do

    • Assist with the processes surrounding the onboarding of new hires, including provisioning equipment and workstation setup
    • Provisioning/deprovisioning accounts in our SAAS app portfolio
    • Support and maintain conference room AV systems and AV in our All-Hands meetings
    • Track all IT inventory and enforce global asset tracking and device management
    • Collaborate with our engineering team on day to day operations
    • Coordinate and lead IT projects and initiatives
    • Complete IT projects and tasks as required
    • Perform hands-on work (end user support, troubleshooting, HW/SW installs, upgrades, IT projects, etc.) as needed
    • Build and automate helpdesk workflows, business processes, SAAS application integrations and automation
    • Create new procedures in compliance with ISO standards
    • Implement SAAS vendors

About You

    • 3+ years experience in corporate IT environment or a degree or certificate from a program focused on Information Technology/Information Systems/Information Security
    • Experience managing Apple devices
    • Background in maintaining cloud SAAS products (Trinet, Google Apps, Slack, Meraki, Lever, etc.)
    • 3+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure in a fast-paced or startup environment
    • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN protocols in a cloud-based environment
    • Ability to provide world-class customer service with excellent communication
    • Experience supporting user base in a corporate environment
    • Technical or project management experience
    • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

    • Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA)
    • Google Certified Administrator
    • Meraki architecting experience
    • Have worked with multiple OS  
    • MDM solution
    • Apple scripting/Swift/Java
    • AWS administration
