We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Admin to perform systems administration level issue resolution and project-based work in a PC/Mac environment. Your work will impact projects across the entire stack to include hardware, software, security, applications, network and storage. You will be on the front lines, providing technical support for MacBook, iOS, and Android devices, and Enterprise SaaS applications across multiple locations. This role will also assist in automating ourhelpdesk workflows, and optimizing our onboarding processes.
