Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products, including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.
As our first UX Researcher at Lime, you will take care of the day-to-day research needs, as well as define the research function for a rapidly growing startup. In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic group of UX designers, Product leaders, and Engineers to ensure we make better product decisions. We will be hiring several UX Researchers concurrently as there is significant surface area to cover: Studying and supporting Juicers and Riders all around the world, testing the latest hardware as well as optimizing workflows for Operations.
You will get to shape how Lime handles user research from beginning to end, and the ways we engage our customers and collect learnings from them. You’ll conduct your own research, work with others in the field to collate existing data, and present insights to the team.
