Sales Enablement Manager at Beekeeper

We are looking for passionate, self-driven individuals. As a Sales Enablement Manager at Beekeeperyou will own and drive all Sales Enablement Programs.  You will partner with Sales leadership on improvement of current sales workflows and the development of new ones.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training initiatives (in-person, remote, self-paced) for growing global sales team (Absorb)
  • Maintaining and iterating our new hire onboarding
  • Align with Sales Ops to assess, implement, document and maintain latest sales processes
  • Design and develop assets and training materials
  • Create, evaluate and maintain productivity metrics and KPIs to document success

What we look for in you

  • 2-3 years in a Sales Enablement role within a SaaS org
  • Experience in delivering training both in person and remotely
  • Experience in designing self-paced learning programs
  • The ability to work cross functionally
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills; positive, flexible attitude
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline driven
  • Good problem solver with strong project management skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree

Bonus points

  • Working experience in a technology or SaaS company
  • Previously worked in a quota carrying sales role
  • Experienced Salesforce user or Admin
  • Worked in a globally distributed team
