You will be responsible for leading a regional team of Sales Development Representatives and continually increase their individual and team performance through recruiting, coaching, training and systematically growing the team’s capabilities to maximise achievement. The ideal candidate is a person who has not just built their own very successful track record in a SaaS sales and marketing environment, but who has made the conscious choice to positively influence others’ careers. You have a strong grasp on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and understand the role that sales development plays for lead qualification and lead generation. You are a highly effective coach and leader. You are an excellent judge of character, astute in managing challenging goals, coaching to process and methodology and you have a track record in making others succeed. This role has direct management responsibilitiesover a team of sales development representatives, reporting to Manager, Global Sales Development based in the USA, but will also work on campaigns alongside the team in a “player/coach” model.
