You bring expertise in building a best-in-class candidate experience and designing inclusive and robust recruitment processes that deliver strong candidate pipelines that ensure our teams grow as fast as our opportunities with a relentless focus on top quality. You have demonstrated the ability to work with global and remote teams, regional variances and the wide range of tasks related to end-to-end global talent acquisition

Who You Are 

  • An inspirational, engaging, process-driven talent acquisition leader with a minimum 10 years recruiting experience, at least 5 years leading a TA team; ideally with a mix of in-house and agency recruitment. 
  • Used to working on a global scale, both in terms of the functional delivery as well as leading a remote team (either directly or in-directly), interculturally savvy, a true cosmopolitan.
  • A keen strategic thinker and process facilitator, able to fluently move between being tactical and strategic; 
  • Strong in process-design and operational improvement capability, you may have led a significant RPO project
  • Able to build scalable strategies to source and attract world-class talent, in a wide range of roles, commercial as well as technical
  • A naturally strong relationship builder & communicator

  • Create, develop & execute a world-class end-to-end talent acquisition strategy supported by an outstanding team delivering against ambitious growth targets both in terms of timing and without compromising quality and our values.
  • Create & cultivate our global Employer Brand, so that it showcases our unique culture and employee value proposition. Align recruiting process with our brand to create positive, memorable candidate experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with management and employees to understand our evolving organisation and support the people agenda for our scale-up trajectory. 
  • Design, plan & execute unique and focused global campaigns that differentiate Scandit with our key target audiences and speak to our culture delivering leading edge candidate attraction, employer branding, sourcing, diversity outcomes.
  • Manage, lead & develop our global talent acquisition team. Be a mentor to our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, building on their strengths and streamlining processes to help them shine.
  • Define best practices in recruitment that set us apart from the competition.
  • Qualify senior level candidates and assist them through the recruitment process where needed.
  • Provide structured, regular reporting on candidate pipeline, sourcing effectiveness, time to hire etc. to management to determine challenges and remove barriers to success.
  • Ensure quality is top of mind in everything we do.
