We’re looking to recruit ambitious, intelligent, and talented people to help our Last Minute Sales (“LMS”) business in Birmingham, a service extending the sales window by allowing orders to be picked-up at a ticket collection point on event day when there’s insufficient time to ship the tickets.


The LMS Operations agent will be responsible for supporting our weekends’ LMS operations in Birmingham. You will be expected to take full responsibility for ticket collections and oversee logistics for a large variety of events in the city and deliver a first-class support to ticket buyers and sellers on location at events.


This is a unique opportunity to gain a ton of real working experience with a high growth multinational internet company with a start-up ethos. We won’t ask you to make coffee or scan papers…we will expect you to learn quickly on the job, roll up your sleeves and take responsibility.


The position has flexible hours, due to the nature of the events industry you will be required to work evenings and weekends at times which will be discussed in advance.




  • Operations Execution – Execute LMS operations by planning the logistics of receiving, packing and distributing tickets
  • Troubleshooting – Problem solve issues that arise with LMS sales and operating collection points
  • Account Management and Customer Service Support – Provide in person and online customer support to both buyers and sellers
