We’re looking to recruit ambitious, intelligent, and talented people to help our Last Minute Sales (“LMS”) business in Birmingham, a service extending the sales window by allowing orders to be picked-up at a ticket collection point on event day when there’s insufficient time to ship the tickets.
The LMS Operations agent will be responsible for supporting our weekends’ LMS operations in Birmingham. You will be expected to take full responsibility for ticket collections and oversee logistics for a large variety of events in the city and deliver a first-class support to ticket buyers and sellers on location at events.

The position has flexible hours, due to the nature of the events industry you will be required to work evenings and weekends at times which will be discussed in advance.
