UK - Customer Service Agent-Trainee at Jobandtalent

The position: As a Customer Service Agent you will support our workers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints. You will be the front line of support to ensure that customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with telephone calls and emails from users, both candidates and workers

  • Classifying calls and emails accordingly to issue type and client

  • Helping and offering guidance to our customers and clients

  • Resolving queries and day to day issues

  • Being able to set priorities within the different queries and requests

  • Increasing client and customer satisfaction

  • Spotting recurrent queries and informing the managers to avoid future similar cases

  • Reporting to the different departments about their correspondent queries

  • Being involved in the company environment to understand the needs and day to day operations 

  • Helping within operations team with recruiting and scheduling candidates, attending on site training and registrations, visiting sites to check on operations 

 Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 6 months of experience

  • Good communication skills and the ability to listen to others

  • Good organisation skills and the ability to be proactive and problem-solving solve problems

  • Positive and optimistic

  • Customer service skills desire

  • Eager to work and grow

  • Ability to properly conduct complex conversations

  • Flexible and willing to adapt to the team needs

  • Client-oriented and used to work with KPIs

  • Good level of English
