Skills & background:
Prior sales experience in B2B environments, either in inside or field sales. Ideally both
Commercial acumen and energy
Bachelors degrees in business, marketing or similar. Not mandatory, but it’s a plus.
Excellent communicator, both written and oral
Experience in transport / logistics would be a plus
Native English level
Role & responsibilities:
Convert prospects, coming from both internal and external sources, into clients with face to face meetings as well as email and phone. Field sales role.You’ll be doing it by means of:
Prioritizing prospects previously qualified in our CRM, based on different variables
Defining the key moment to close the deals
Properly following up all the accounts on your funnel and push them through the different stages accordingly
Accompany new customers during the first stages in order to convert them into recurring clients
Closely work with the operations team to ensure we deliver the best service to our clients
