About the company
We are headquartered in Madrid, where Jobandtalent was founded in 2009. As the financial controller for France at Jobandtalent you will be responsible for the consolidation process for France, preparing the account analysis and verifying its alignment with our objectives and budgets for the country.
To claim and monitor the accountancy and reporting for France.
To own and develop our reporting standard.
To prepare the France consolidated financials (balance - sheet and P&L) and to verify its alignment with the estimated budget.
To create value by providing insightful analysis & proposals, in order to meet the organization's stategy.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in auditing and accounting.
Between 5 and 10 years experience in a controller department.
International work experience in highly valued, as well as the required know-how to work under IFRS standards.
Advanced level usinf Microsoft Excel and ERP (Oracle Netsuite preferably).
Attention to details and analytical mindset.
Great communication skills.
A reliable person committed to getting the job done.
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
