THE OPPORTUNITY - Tech Lead for Infosec 

We are hiring a Tech Lead for our Infosec team in Sao Paulo ! 

 

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Engage with product teams to educate and help them build secure products.
  • Develop best in class services that protect our customers.
  • Make secure systems part of what makes our products amazing.
  • Introduce new technologies, challenge the system.
  • Be a technical and people reference, the go-to person to understand infosec.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  •  A team player that had managed a very technical team before.
  • You can break down complex concepts so everyone understands and learns.
  • You know open source, developed IDS/IPS/Automation systems.
  • You know Cloud and understand how modern system works.
  • People that worked with you will come after gympass to keep learning.

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • You are well connected and ethical, know the infosec community and contribute to them.
  • You understand certifications, which ones are useful, the ones we should not invest.
  • You know overall all disciplines of infosec (offensive, intel, defensive, SoC).
  • You have managed vendors and understand how to put together a great RFP.
  • You have a track record of helping organisations to improve their infosec culture.
  • You know how to give feedback, 1:1s, write reviews and take care of your team.
