THE OPPORTUNITY

 

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist - Inside Sales to our B2B team in Munich! 

 

 

 

YOUR IMPACT:

 

B2B direct sales for large corporate customers via professional telephone and email campaigns | focus on companies with 1,000 or more employees

 

Development of strategies for new customers in order to develop growth potentials

 

Acquisition of new customers and development of long-term partner relationships with companies

 

Coordination of personal customer appointments for the Field Sales team

 

Professional preparation of customer appointments for the Field Sales team

 

Development of professional telephone and email campaigns for the target group management, HR and works council

 

International project work

 

Representation of Gympass at industry specific trade fairs

 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

Successfully completed commercial training and/or a similar qualification with good results

 

At least 1 year's professional experience in telephone sales or a similar environment

 

Strong team player qualities, a high level of concentration and a healthy curiosity

 

Fun in dealing with people and a practice-oriented way of thinking

 

Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage (e.g. Portuguese)
