Scandit is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our global sales process with Salesforce Administration of Salesforce, Data Management, and Reporting.  Based in Zurich or London, you will be a key part of our global team, supporting the engines that deliver Scandit’s disruptive software-based Mobile Barcode Scanning Technology and innovative Mobile App Solutions to mid-sized and Enterprise customers. Our target markets include businesses in retail, logistics, manufacturing and technology. What You Will Do

  • Provide dedicated operational support to the Scandit commercial organisation
  • Provide day to day Salesforce admin support, including configuration, custom objects and fields, user management, validation rules and workflow processes
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data management in Salesforce (conversion of MQL to SQL, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders)
  • Design, deliver and implement Marketing & Sales dashboards and reports 
  • Act as project manager to drive specific taskforces for small projects between Marketing, Sales, and the Product team when required (e.g. integration with 3rd party tools, customer survey, specific taskforce for data or process flow end to end)


Who You Are

  • Ideally 3-5 years of administrative experience with Salesforce
  • A Certificated Salesforce Administrator
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams
  • Known as reliable, structured, and a self-starter
  • A proactive mindset working with Salesforce data management for key fields
  • Knowledge of SaaS / MRR subscription models 
  • Proficient in data manipulation 
  • Working knowledge with APEX or SQL is a plus
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tool (such as Marketo, Hubspot) an added bonus
