To keep up with our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a new team member to cover the responsibilities of a colleague going on parental leave.
 
 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the whole recruiting process from job posting through to the final stages
  • Source, manage hiring manager expectations, develop processes around interviewing and – oh yeah – HIRE TOP TALENT 
  • Keep ‘em warm! Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify which future opportunities they may be a fit for. 
  • Manage relationships with preferred search partners and universities 
  • Manage other areas in HR on an as-needed basis

You should have:

  • Recruitment experience (knowledge of the IT field and Estonian job market is a plus)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
  • A strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Flexibility to hire for any type of position in different departments
