We make human data accessible, anywhere in the world, by connecting brands with real people on the ground to gather real-time in-the-moment insights at scale. We distil this data using machine learning technology to uncover not just what they do, but also why they do it, and what drives them – and predicts what they may do next.

Having recently raised our Series B investment led by Lakestar, Streetbees’ partners with world leading brands across the FMCG, Media and Entertainment, Retail & Insurance sectors and our clients include Unilever, PepsiCo, Sony Pictures, Carlsberg, Santander, Ikea, Vodafone and L’Oreal.

We’re now looking to find our next Research Manager to join our Client Success team and help us deliver exceptional and forward-thinking insights to our clients.

What you’ll be doing and why you’ll want to do it:

  • You’ll be passionate about telling stories to clients after deep diving into large amounts of consumer data.
  • These stories will be told through presentations, reports and our innovative dashboard system, that connects the research of millions of ‘bees’ around the world to some of the biggest companies on earth. You’ll be working on all of these, with a great level of autonomy.
  • You’ll be managing the project with our awesome (and very helpful) operations team.
  • For these stories to hold weight, you’ll also need to be an expert in questionnaire design, comfortable with sampling theories and able to engage and delight our users at the same time.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data sets into compelling stories that answers client objectives

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll bring 3-5 years in market research experience conducting quantitative analysis, and have built up the knowledge and have the ability to create engaging, well-scripted surveys, exciting reports and pull interesting themes from the data that answer client business issues. You’ll also have experience participating in client debriefs
  • You’ll have experience building deep, trusting relationships both internally and externally
  • You will have consistently worked on consumer insight projects for FMCG clients
  • You’re comfortable switching from the design of engaging surveys over to reporting to clients in the blink of an eye without missing a single digit
  • You’ll be passionate about reinventing the world of market research with us and excited to lend your hand to anything.
  • You’ll want to get involved quickly and be comfortable with an autonomous role where you take ownership of your work.
  • You’ll be able to manage your time well in a world that changes rapidly.
  • You’ll love finding new ways of doing things and be uninhibited by the ideas of ‘best practice’.
