We’re looking for a technically-minded and eloquent individual who can help bridge the gap between product and sales.


Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll provide world-class technical support for the sales team. As the subject matter expert on design and prototyping, you’ll work directly with customers and cater the product to their needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to share your knowledge and experiences to ultimately improve our business and our customers’ success.

What you’ll do

  • Learn, stay up-to-date, and graduate into the role of product expert
  • Keep open lines of communication with the product team to stay in tune with product updates
  • Design sales prototypes and build code components that are tailored to different prospects/clients
  • Conduct sales demos, especially for large enterprise clients
  • Support sales team members and provide support answering deeper technical questions/challenges from prospective clients
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and product teams
  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure pre-sale expectations are set properly


Your background

  • Advanced level of JavaScript (experience with React is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior work experience at a startup/high-growth company
  • A deep passion for technical sales and customer relationships
  • A highly motivated team player who is also incredibly ambitious and hungry to succeed
  • Strong affinity for design (experience within the design space is a plus)
