We are looking for a HR Associate to manage admin functions of our People Operations UK Stores department and provide support to the Store teams and the Store Management Team. The People Operations Associate will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of an employee group from Onboarding to Offboarding. This may also include putting together offer letters and employee contracts, implementing new company policies and maintaining the People Ops Store Inbox alongside the People Operations Intern and the rest of the team.
To be successful in this role, you should have great attention to detail, be passionate about being part of the solution and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who likes a challenge and is focused not only on the details of the role but also the bigger picture.
