We are looking for a HR Associate to manage admin functions of our People Operations UK Stores department and provide support to the Store teams and the Store Management Team. The People Operations Associate will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of an employee group from Onboarding to Offboarding. This may also include putting together offer letters and employee contracts, implementing new company policies and maintaining the People Ops Store Inbox alongside the People Operations Intern and the rest of the team.

To be successful in this role, you should have great attention to detail, be passionate about being part of the solution and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who likes a challenge and is focused not only on the details of the role but also the bigger picture.

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases (full training provided)
  • Own the admin side of the employee/0 hour contract lifecycle for store staff
  • Setting up, adapting and distributing offer letters & contracts as and when required
  • Design, improve and implement company policies and HR processes in stores
  • Monitor key HR metrics and create reports for the People Operations Managers


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR and HR experience required
  • A passion for improving processes
  • CIPD accredited training a plus
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
