We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Associate to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Your responsibilities would include creating and advertising best in class job descriptions online, sourcing and evaluating candidates and guiding them through the recruiting lifecycle - from first contact to hire. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ideally you are familiar with the UK start up, tech or operations delivery industry. Ultimately, you will help us build an exceptional team, design a world class recruiting playbook and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.



  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions for current openings
  • Advertise and update job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • Manage our social media recruiting page
  • Improve and own the recruiting playbook for best practices, interview guidelines and employee criteria
  • Source candidates through online channels and outreach activities (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes including answers to queries
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Optimise our current recruiting tool (workable) to ensure the slickest experience for both candidates and the team


  • Proven work experience as a Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of the industry is a plus
  • Urge to consistently improve the status quo, simplify processes and document these
