We are looking for a detail oriented Marketing Operations Associate who’s excited to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining all front end content on our customer facing app. Your duties will also include monitoring app traffic and metrics to continuously improve our customer journey, and work closely with outsourcing partners to scale our processes constantly. You’ll collaborate with people from across Zapp such as copywriters, graphic designers, the catalogue team, procurement and tech; to create an overall excellent customer experience.

You should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you are responsible for what our customers see on our app and making sure it’s up-to-date, correct and conveys a delightful and consistent brand experience at all times.


  • Collaborate with teams from across the company to plan and develop product descriptions, app content, style and layout
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ descriptions
  • Ensure visual brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Upload and update all relevant content to our app at the right time in the right format to maximise customer engagement and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with our content calendar, and generate new collection ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Manage third-party service providers


  • 1-3 years of work experience in a detailed oriented job
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management skills
  • Desired but not essential: Experience with data analysis in Excel and/or Google Sheets; webstores like Magento, Demandware, Shopify, Squarespace; working knowledge of HTML
  • University degree
