We are looking for a detail oriented Marketing Operations Associate who’s excited to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining all front end content on our customer facing app. Your duties will also include monitoring app traffic and metrics to continuously improve our customer journey, and work closely with outsourcing partners to scale our processes constantly. You’ll collaborate with people from across Zapp such as copywriters, graphic designers, the catalogue team, procurement and tech; to create an overall excellent customer experience.
You should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you are responsible for what our customers see on our app and making sure it’s up-to-date, correct and conveys a delightful and consistent brand experience at all times.
