We are looking for an People Operations Manager to oversee all functions of our People & Organisation department and provide support to our employees. People Operations Manager responsibilities include putting together offer letters and employee contracts, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems. You will lead all relevant processes of employees: from onboarding and reviews to offboarding. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant work experience in HR or People Ops in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our People and Org initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy and happy work environment and are consistently improved and updated.
