We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Your responsibilities would include creating and advertising best in class job descriptions online, sourcing and evaluating candidates and guiding them through the recruiting lifecycle - from first contact to hire. To be successful in this role, you should have an worked at a recruitment agency and be very comfortable with direct sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ideally you are familiar with the UK start up, tech or operations delivery industry. Ultimately, you will help us build an exceptional team, design a world class recruiting playbook and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Screening candidate CVs and conducting phone interviews
  • Working with the team to constantly improve our recruitment processes and tooling
  • Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience
  • Assisting with onboarding process for successful candidate

Requirements

  • Experience in high volume recruiting
  • Extremely strong organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Self motivated and able to work towards deadlines and targets
  • Humble: Knows when to ask for help even though adept at working independently
  • Proficient with Google App: Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
