We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing the employee performance of our Warehouse Operatives during your shift as well as making sure that all processes are executed to an excellent level. These processes include fast completion of orders, correct stocking of our inventory, management of the vehicle delivery schedule , ensuring a clean and organised warehouse, as well as ensuring inventory accuracy. You will be working in shifts which may include early-mornings, late-evenings and weekends. Ultimately, you will ensure that we can deliver an amazing experience to our Zapp customers!

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in food retail or warehouse environment,
  • Previous experience managing a team (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on excellent time management and resource planning
  • Able to express ideas and guidance in a clear, concise manner through verbal and written communication to the relevant stakeholder
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a highly ambiguous environment, able to take responsibility from day one and work independently by following processes and own direction
