We are looking for a passionate and empathic Product Manager and team member that will play a key role in driving the roadmap and continuous improvement of the Coverage tribe by leading our Excellence pods. This is an excellent opportunity to drive and develop processes, tooling and services to help maintain and improve the inventory that Omio offers for their customers. You’ll need to bring a great balance of customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen, in order to drive the continuous improvement of our inventory alongside our engineering teams.
This role will report to the Tribe product lead.
What are the specific tasks for this role?
Define, analyze and monitor metrics that inform the success of our products, and own how those should move
Support our company goals by building products and experiences that customers love to use and share
Work as true cross-functional team member across our Commercial, Customer Support, Marketing and Engineering functions
Incorporate and aggregate commercial & technical requirements across our supply domain, and make the right trade offs to create a roadmap that bring value to our customers and business
Nurture a data-driven approach and process, both hands-on with the data and collaborating with analysts to uncover opportunities and prioritise your roadmap.
Perform as the Product Owner & manage the product backlog for a group of highly skilled developers
Establish a shared vision across the tribe by building a consensus on product execution with a deep understanding of Omio’s USP
Contribute to the overall Coverage product roadmap, as you better understand the tribe’s mission and company’s stack

What you bring to the table
You have at least 3+ years’ of work experience performing relevant product management job functions
You have a strong empathetic and analytical mindset & approach, using data and research to understand users and prioritise your roadmap.
You have a passion for balancing data-driven and customer-centric product management, always thinking about what the customer needs.
You have some back end understanding of how we bring our inventory to our users
You have strong communications skills and you are able to relate and share your product views across multiple functions
You have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment
You have Experience with agile development methodology
