This way, workers can gain long term job stability because as a marketplace, we can continuously offer them job opportunities and improve their work experience as we focus on the best possible experience for them (competitive compensation, getting paid on time, employee benefits…). On the flip side, companies can access a flexible and high-quality workforce as Jobandtalent’s technology and data allows them to find the best workers (more productive, less turnover...) and manage them in an optimal way.

The position
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal HQ People team, to oversee the recruitment of candidates for mid and senior level positions. This is an exclusive talent acquisition role, in which you will own full responsibility for the end-to-end talent acquisition process of different roles for our Jobandtalent team globally.

Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire life cycle of recruiting from lead generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring
    • Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment
    • Develop creative recruiting strategies to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner and within budget
    • Perform competences interviews with candidates, and perform reference and background checks
    • Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualifications for individual roles, as well as define the target candidate profile
    • Ensure efficient use of all our internal recruiting tools for scheduling interviews and managing our talent pipeline and reporting recruitment metrics on a regular basis. We use Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Manage candidate experience - whether on-site or via video call - partnering with our Hiring Managers to monitor our end-to-end recruiting process and follow up to ensure quality and the best possible interviewing experience
    • Coordinate candidate onboarding with the Hiring Managers

A successful candidate will have

    • Bachelor’s degree; Master in HR a plus
    • Between 3-6 years of experience in a headhunter or recruitment role, ideally within a start-up
    • Self-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multitask, being able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Goal-oriented personality
    • Previous experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality when necessary
    • Hands-on contributor in a comfortable and willing manner
    • Excellent communication skills within an organization
    • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
    • High capacity of conflict resolution
    • Fluency in English. German, French and Spanish are a plus
