As our VP Marketing, you will:

  • Build and drive the company Marketing strategy;
  • Be part of a soon-to-be unicorn, with all the goods and bads of a hyper growing startup;
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to successfully develop a data-driven, comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation and acquisition strategy;
  • Get to the root of issues and blockers so you can implement the tools, technologies, and internal processes to get the job done;
  • Lead the Design team to establish an overall look and consistent approach for publishing across all social media, digital, and print platforms;
  • Define the category and build a strong brand for Y42.


You will be perfect for this role if you:

  • Have been there, done that! You know how to build a  powerful Marketing Strategy, develop the brand and improve with time;
  • Have proven record of increasing significantly the leads, having a data-based approach on A/B testing;
  • Are a strong leader, able to hire, structure and develop a high performing team;
  • Knows very well and gets excited about hyper growing startups;
  • Ideally come from the data space, understands our customers and can bring us to the next level;

  4. Culture Interview: In the last hiring stage, we want you to meet at least one member of the management team. We deeply value team chemistry and want to give you the opportunity to get to know each other before any signings.
