About the Growth Team

In this role, you will be our first Product Marketing Lead and report directly to our VP of Operations. As a strategic partner, you will work in the intersection between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and drive business impact. Your key challenge will be to develop our growth product strategy and roadmap, and identify, prioritize, and execute on the biggest opportunities to solve our customer needs.

 

As our Product Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Build the Product Marketing function at Y42 from the ground up;
  • Research and define our buyer and user personas, their specific needs, pain points, and goals that we can help address;
  • Develop our product positioning and messaging so that it resonates with our customers and highlights Y42’s unique value proposition;
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, and launch execution for Y42’s product categories;
  • Generate customer case studies and other collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives, and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.

 

The role is the perfect fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing;
  • Are customer oriented and always think about the customer and their journey first;
  • Have a technical background or good understanding of data analytics, and familiarity with the modern data landscape preferably;
  • Can explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications;
  • Can coordinate across many teams and iterate and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment;
  • Have experience designing sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research, and your own experience.
