Y42 is an all-in-one data platform that covers the whole lifecycle of a data pipeline and operates on top of a data warehouse like Snowflake or BigQuery. The platform offers the following core modules: integrations (similar to Fivetran or Stitch), data transformation (similar to Alteryx or DBT), visualization (similar to Tableau or Looker), orchestration (similar to Airflow), and automation (similar to Cencus). Objectives:

We’re looking for a strong designer to help us refine Y42’s branding and communications on our path to becoming a global brand. You’ll analyze the market and trends, formulating concepts and strategies for reaching our customers. You’ll work closely with our Go to Market and Communications team to empower the branding across our digital platforms, such as websites, landing pages, and hot sites related to our digital campaigns. From the perfect image to vibrant illustrations and everything in between, you’ll think big to achieve our common goal.

Joining our Creative Team will be an interesting opportunity for you if you’re excited by the potential to work with these many different platforms and mediums, and you have the hunger to constantly improve and innovate in these spaces.

As our new Creative Designer, you can be part of something big. While putting your best ideas to work with the greatest design, you will help thousands of people to manage data with the best and easiest technology, empowering them to succeed in their businesses!

What you’ll do:                     
● Working on online and offline advertising campaigns;

● Creating assets and key visuals for specific products and campaigns;
● Structure, create, and maintain digital campaigns;
● Come up with ideas and hypotheses for A/B testing;
● Keep constantly updated on our ticket requests.                                                                   

You’ll be great for this position if you:                                                                 

  • Are fluent in English, since you’ll be working with a global team;
  • Are data-driven;
  • Have at least five years of experience with design/art direction;
  • Have advanced knowledge of the Adobe package;
  • Are a design geek who loves graphic design;
  • Have experience working with existing brands as well as building brands from scratch;
  • Know how to develop and maintain a visual brand for companies and products;
  • Are experienced working across web, print, and marketing channels;
  • Always strive to improve your craft;
  • Feel comfortable balancing foundational design explorations with getting projects out of the door and iterating fast;
  • Love working with different stakeholders in a company and providing insights to a talented team of creatives;
  • Have knowledge of Motion (this would be a plus);
