En tant qu'Account Coordinator, vous reportez directement à votre Account Manager et serez en charge de vous assurer que nous offrons le meilleur service à nos clients avec l’aide de votre équipe.
 
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS:
 
● Être le/la représentant(e) direct(e) de Jobandtalent auprès de nos clients en local / Garant(e) de la marque employeur Jobandtalent,
● Manager une équipe de recruteurs en pool et/ou en on-site voire d’on-site coordinator,
● Être garant(e) de la qualité de service au sein de son portefeuille clients,
● Assurer le suivi commercial de son portefeuille clients et ainsi augmenter ses parts de marché pour atteindre ses objectifs de croissance de chiffre d’affaires,
● Créer les fiches clients à partir des informations transmises via Salesforce et/ou des EAE
● Déployer les accords-cadres de son portefeuille clients en accord avec la stratégie définie avec son Account Manager,
● Retranscrire ses actions commerciales dans le CRM (Salesforce) à destination de son N+1,
● Mettre en place une stratégie de recrutement pour répondre à la saisonnalité des demandes clients,
● Gérer et suivre les commandes clients afin de les transmettre à son ou ses recruteurs et animer le processus de recrutement du compte clé,
● Suivre les principaux indicateurs de performance des clients et intérimaires :
○ le “Taux de couverture des demandes de recrutement ("Fill rate")
○ le “Taux d’absentéisme” ○ le “Taux de fidélisation intérimaire” (”attrition”)
○ le “Taux de départ anticipé intérimaire (“Turnover”)
○ le “net promoteur score” client et intérimaires (“NPS”)
○ le “satisfaction clients” (“CSAT”)
● Suivre les indicateurs chiffrés de son portefeuille clients ( CA, ETP, …),
● Collaborer avec l'équipe OPS centrale afin de notifier vos besoins de campagnes de Marketing en ligne pour répondre aux besoins de recrutement,
● Collaborer avec l’équipe Contrats/Paie afin de transmettre les informations clés en vue de la facturation client et paie intérimaire,
● Collaborer avec l’équipe Produit afin de définir et optimiser les outils nécessaires au recrutement et cycle de vie intérimaire,
● Être le point de contact opérationnel privilégié de vos clients partenaires afin de répondre au mieux à leurs attentes spécifiques,
● Réaliser et présenter les progrès / incidents / solutions par le biais de compte-rendus. 
 
 
VOUS ETES/AVEZ:
 
● +2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des ressources humaines et/ou du recrutement.
● Très bonne utilisation d'Excel, capable de définir des rapports et de comprendre les métriques,
● Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite ; capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents niveaux de gestion, ainsi qu'avec les communautés commerciales et techniques,
● Esprit d'initiative et grande motivation pour aller au-delà de la tâche à accomplir.
