At CloudNC we are ambitiously and successfully developing deep technology that automates CNC Manufacturing. We have a commercial factory that produces intricate and high-specification workfor our clients, supported by our advanced software.
 
We’re on a mission to re-invent manufacturing and create a clean and sustainable industrial future that accelerates humanity. Our vision is powerful and has been supported by some of the leading names including Autodesk, Lockheed Martin and also VC’s including Atomico. We are scaling from Series B to C at pace and are fully funded for this growth.
We are currently in the final stages of launching our first software product to market. As such this role is crucial to maximising our channel potential.

The Role
 
As a key member of the Product and Marketing team,  you will report to and work closely with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and be our first hire in this area.
Channel Partnerships are critical for the company's success and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of building an important part of the business.  Responsibilities include developing, driving and shaping our global Channel Partnerships program with a particular focus on ISV’s (Independent Software Vendors) and outsourced Telesales partners . To achieve this you will  focus on initiating and establishing efficient routes to build successful, profitable, long-term customers and revenue streams; ensure all partners have the resources and support they require to achieve success; and work with the rest of the team to ensure the partner programme is integrated into our Go To Market (GTM) programme. You will be highly collaborative and delivery focussed,  owning, creating, developing,  and managing all aspects.  Specifically you will be charged with expanding our software footprint across new CAM packages to support our aggressive scaling globally.

Role Duties:

    • Delivery: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and targets key market segments and regions.
    • Channel growth: Identify and recruit new partners that can effectively promote and sell our CAM software solutions and manage the customer life cycle.
    • Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing ongoing training, support, and resources to ensure their success.
    • Channel Recruitment: Execute a scalable and in-depth onboarding experience for partners
    • Collaboration: Work closely with our product management and  product marketing teams to develop partner-specific programs, promotions, and campaigns that help drive revenue growth.
    • Data driven decision making: Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics, including partner pipeline and revenue targets, to ensure the on going success and relevance of our channel programs.
    • Advocacy: Represent our company at industry events and trade shows to help build our brand and expand our partner network.

Skills and Experience sought:

      • Deep Channel Manager experience 5-10 years, preferably in a senior or leadership role
      • Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution models, especially resellers and Telesales, with a proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
      • Proven ability to span both the commercial and technical world; and move seamlessly between
      • Strong self starter with problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities to define, agree and be accountable for the company priorities.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
      • Bonus points - Knowledge of the CAM market.
      • Results-driven mindset, with demonstrable experience of  setting and achieving ambitious targets and driving revenue growth using data.
      • Working for a high growth tech organisation(s), ideally a scale up
      • B2B environment - software or technology
      • SAAS Products
 

Desirable:

      • Knowledge of the CAM market and related industries, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
      • Passion for scale-up/start-ups and digital innovation
      • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and lifelong learning
