Accurx is solving healthcare productivity for the NHS

For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care.

What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts.

Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.

We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be.

How you’ll support Transformation across the NHS

Transformation at Accurx is made up of experts who work with our NHS clients (Acute Trusts, CMH Trusts, GP Practices, ICBs etc.) to transform how care is delivered and enabled by the Accurx product suite.

A Transformation Analyst supports the delivery of pilots and transformation projects across the NHS. They independently manage small to medium scale pilots and play a key role in supporting Managers and Senior Managers on more complex and strategic projects. It’s an opportunity to build expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and NHS transformation while helping teams get the most from Accurx.

  • Turn pilots into evidence for change. Lead small to medium scale pilots for products like Scribe, Patient Triage and Neighbourhoods, from planning and onboarding through to tracking progress, evaluating outcomes and building the evidence for wider adoption.

  • Build relationships that help projects succeed. Develop trusted relationships with NHS teams, becoming a reliable point of contact throughout delivery, while supporting Managers and Senior Managers to engage senior stakeholders and navigate more complex projects.

  • Help NHS teams get the most from Accurx. Deliver engaging demos and training, create clear and user-friendly resources, and help teams confidently adopt Accurx products and embed them into their day-to-day workflows.

  • Turn frontline experience into useful insight. Capture feedback, understand user pain points and analyse pilot outcomes to surface insights that improve how we deliver transformation, inform our products and support future pilots, proposals and wider rollouts.

  • Contribute to how we scale Transformation. Share learnings, contribute to playbooks and best practices, and work closely with teams across Accurx to turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of delivering change across the NHS.
