Our Mission

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Channels Tribe, focused on Employee Communication.

Our mission is to help organizations communicate effectively with all employees (desk-based and frontline) by delivering the right message, through the right channel, at the right time.

Too often, internal communication platforms are fragmented, noisy, or ineffective. Messages don’t reach the right audiences, channels are underused, and communication lacks measurable impact.

We’re changing that by building clear, reliable, and scalable communication experiences across channels, increasingly enhanced by AI-powered assistance.

At the heart of this mission is the Employee Communication scope covering Broadcast, Notifications, Omnichannel delivery, and AI-assisted communication experiences via Agents.

2026 Product Challenges & Priorities

In 2026, your main focus will be to lead key initiatives shaping the future of communication at LumApps:

  • Unify communication channels (Email, Push, In-App) into a consistent, reliable, and scalable platform.

  • Elevate email and digital communication capabilities to meet modern standards (design, targeting, deliverability, analytics).

  • Improve targeting and relevance, ensuring messages reach the right audiences with the right level of personalization.

  • Strengthen analytics and performance measurement, enabling customers to understand and optimize communication impact.

  • Expand omnichannel orchestration, allowing communications to flow seamlessly across channels and touchpoints.

  • Shape AI-powered communication experiences, such as content assistance, optimization suggestions, and smarter guidance for communicators.

These initiatives are highly strategic and require strong product thinking, especially around user engagement, communication effectiveness, measurable business value, and AI-enabled product experiences, and close collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Platform teams, as well as strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a complex, evolving environment.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join a rich, multicultural product organization, spread across multiple countries and tribes.

This is a highly cross-functional role, and on a daily basis you’ll collaborate with:

  • Product Managers & Product Directors from other verticals and product areas

  • Engineering Managers and Engineering Directors

  • Product Experience Designers (PX)

  • Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams

  • And of course, Pia, your future manager and Product Director of the Channels tribe

Your Future Manager

Pia is an experienced, engaged, and structured Product Director.

She provides a clear framework, high expectations, and strong support, while leaving you real autonomy to own your scope and make decisions. You’ll be encouraged to speak up, challenge ideas constructively, and actively shape both the product and the way the team works

Your Role

As a Product Manager focused on Employee Communication, you will:

  • Define and drive the product vision for how organizations create, manage, and deliver communications across channels.

  • Own and prioritize the roadmap for Broadcast, Notifications, Omnichannel capabilities, and AI-assisted communication features.

  • Bring strong expertise in email marketing and digital communication tools to shape best-in-class communication experiences.

  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve communication workflows, from message drafting and optimization to analytics interpretation and proactive recommendations.

  • Deeply understand your users (Internal Comms, HR, Operations) and their goals: reach, engagement, clarity, and impact.

  • Design scalable communication systems, balancing flexibility (targeting, segmentation, channels) with ease of use.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Product Experience (PX) to deliver high-quality features and iterate based on data and feedback.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to support go-to-market and drive adoption.

  • Coordinate with adjacent teams (Mobile, Content, AI, Workflows, Integrations) to ensure a seamless end-to-end communication experience.

How We’ll Measure Success

  • Increased adoption and engagement of Employee Communication features.

  • Measurable improvement in communication performance (open rates, reach, engagement, actionability).

  • Strong customer satisfaction on communication capabilities.

  • A clear, outcome-driven roadmap aligned with customer and business impact.

  • Ability to influence and align multiple teams around a shared communication strategy.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS product management.

  • Proven background in email marketing or digital communication tools

  • Strong interest in or experience with AI-powered product experiences, ideally in content creation, optimization, recommendation, or workflow assistance.

  • Solid understanding of communication metrics (open rates, CTR, deliverability, segmentation, targeting).

  • Ability to think both strategically (vision, positioning) and pragmatically (roadmap, delivery).

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in an international environment (English required).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with internal communication, notifications, or engagement platforms.

  • Familiarity with admin, setup, or configuration-heavy product experiences.

  • Exposure to mobile-first or frontline user environments.

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex organizational structures.

  • Understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

  • Fluency in French and/or German.

Why Join Us

  • You’ll work on products used daily by millions of employees to stay informed, aligned, and engaged.

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping both what employees see and how organizations configure and scale their AI Employee Hub and communication platform.

  • You’ll join a collaborative, international team navigating exciting product challenges at the intersection of communication, administration, and platform evolution.

  • At LumApps, we’re committed to creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and empowered to grow.

This role might not be for You if…

You don’t enjoy these Core Expectations

  • Working on transversal topics with many stakeholders

  • Operating in evolving, sometimes ambiguous contexts

  • Applying a solid product methodology (discovery, prioritization, delivery)

You’re uncomfortable with these realities

  • The scope is not fully fixed and will evolve with you

  • You’ll sometimes need to say “no”, make trade-offs, or arbitrate between competing priorities

  • You’ll work in an international environment, across time zones and cultures

You’re not aligned with this culture
  • We value autonomy and ownership

  • Cross-team collaboration is a necessity, not a bonus

  • You’ll often need to set structure and direction without having all the answers upfront

Hiring Process

Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent and meaningful:

  1. Interview with the Talent team

  2. Interview with Pia, your future manager

  3. Case study: presentation of a strategic product topic

  4. Meetings with peers and key stakeholders

  5. Final round with a member of the Product Leadership team
