• You act as the primary point for our customers and our 1st level support team, especially handling inquiries involving networking, connectivity, and infrastructure-related topics.
• You provide technical support and handle complex issues for our customers, with emphasis on network architecture, cloud connectivity, and performance optimization.
• You respond to customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach, focusing on network stability, secure configurations, and optimized cloud-based communication flows.
• You design, implement, and optimize secure network architectures for our customers, including LAN/WLAN, site-to-site VPNs, and cloud integrations (AWS VPC, Azure VNet).
• You support the IT Ops team in enhancing and automating support processes, particularly around network monitoring, device onboarding, and connectivity diagnostics.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or have advanced to a system administrator role through professional development, ideally with a networking focus.
• You bring practical experience in managing MDM systems, with a focus on configuring and troubleshooting device connectivity, VPN profiles, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies.
• You have proven hands-on experience with networking hardware and services from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti, and are proficient with protocols like BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and IPv6.
• You are familiar with configuring and managing cloud-based networks, with proficiency in topics such as DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, security gateway policies, and Wi-Fi optimization.
• You have strong proficiency in English (C1)
• You enjoy engaging with a diverse customer base, and you demonstrate empathy, patience, clarity, and a service-oriented approach, especially when explaining networking concepts.
• You have a hands-on mentality and thrive in environments where you can actively shape and improve infrastructure.
