To support our growth, we’re looking for a Data Entry Engineer that would be responsible for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), working closely with other data and configuration teams to ensure seamless integration of operational and historical data.

About the role 🚀
As a Data Entry Engineer–All Markets, you’ll join our Customer Experience team and be responsible for accurately entering, and optimizing customer data within Factorial’s platform.
You’ll work with sensitive and confidential information, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security at all times. Beyond day-to-day data entry, you’ll help define priorities, support internal teams, and contribute to improving processes through automation and smart tooling.
What will you be doing?✨
ETL Workflows: Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) customer data into the SaaS platform using internal tools and low-code automation.
Legacy Migrations: Lead the migration process for customers moving from legacy systems, ensuring their historical data remains intact, compatible, and accurate.
Source Management: Manage the integration of multiple data sources, ensuring consistency and resolving any formatting conflicts during the loading process.
Precision Entry: Accurately input text, numerical data, and customer information into Factorial’s systems where automated solutions are not yet available.
Security & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential HR/customer data with a high level of discretion and in strict accordance with security protocols.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, supporting their data-related needs.
Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by testing, developing and implementing automation tools.
AI & LLM Collaboration: Support the development of internal AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools specifically designed to improve data verification and validation.
Your Profile 🧐
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration.
Experience with ETL tools and data migration processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with SaaS data structures is highly desirable.
You’re proactive, structured, and comfortable proposing new ideas or improvements.
You have a strong eye for detail and take ownership of your work.
You are analytical, reliable, and organized.
C1 to Native level of Spanish (written and spoken).
B2 level English (For internal communications).
Experience building Data/LLM Pipelines. (Not a must but a plus)
Experience with Python programming language.
Must have experience working with API Rest endpoints.
Familiar with Jira Software and Jira Service management (Not a must but a plus).
Experience with GraphQL (preferred).
Previous experience in data entry, operations, or customer-related roles (Not a must but a plus).
