The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to own the sales performance in Mexico, while contributing to the broader LatAm strategy. This role is fully accountable for revenue growth, team performance, sales execution and continuous optimization of processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
You will lead a growing sales team, work closely with Marketing, RevOps, Product and Tech, and ensure we hit ambitious targets while maintaining high-quality standards and a strong sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Define, execute and continuously optimize the sales strategy for Mexico
Own revenue targets, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Develop and communicate clear sales plans, targets and KPIs by segment/vertical.
Monitor performance by vertical, quickly identifying gaps and executing corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead and scale the sales organization, including:
Inside Sales / Account Executives
Inbound & lead management channels (email, WhatsApp, calls)
Sales Quality / Enablement
Hire, onboard, coach and develop high-performing sales leaders and individual contributors.
Run regular 1:1s, feedback sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure the team can operate under aggressive targets while balancing quality, conversion and customer experience.
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
Own and continuously improve sales processes across the funnel: lead management, qualification, contact attempts, activation and reactivation.
Monitor conversion rates, pipeline velocity and win rates, acting fast on underperformance.
Work closely with the RevOps team to improve tools, CRM usage, automations and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and strong sales discipline.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Partnerships and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
Align with Customer Experience to ensure a strong feedback loop from the market.
Share insights on customer needs, objections and competitive landscape.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Measure, analyze and present sales results in weekly and monthly reviews.
Track and report on key metrics: pipeline, conversion rates, CAC efficiency and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics in Mexico and LatAm, providing insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or Tech.
Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics and lead-based models.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Hands-on leader: comfortable operating in a startup environment where execution matters.
Advanced Excel / data skills (forecasting, pipeline analysis, validation of numbers).
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English: able to present results and work daily in a multicultural, international team.
