At Factorial, we’re looking for a Partnership Development Manager Nordic markets to establish our growth in this exciting new market. You’ll be one of the first people on the ground, building and executing the go-to-market strategy from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Factorial in the Nordic regions, defining the strategy, leading execution, and building the right foundations to scale.

About the role 🚀

In a few words: We’re looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger and creativity to build something from the ground up.

  • Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle with potential partners to join our partners program.

  • Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR space (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial).

  • Work with partners and distribution partners to develop the Nordic markets and manage a reseller network.

  • Hold regular meetings (calls, video meetings, demos) with our partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems they may have.

  • Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel.

  • Upsell additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs.

  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.

  • Play a key role with the founding members of the team to drive the Nordic markets!

Your Profile 🧩

If the following statements describe you, you might just be who we’re looking for!

  • Hunter mentality: Persistent, resourceful, and excited about opening new doors and building new opportunities.

  • Proven experience (3–4 years): in Partnerships, B2B Sales, preferably in the SaaS industry or digital transformation environment.

  • Strong communicator & relationship builder: Able to engage with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.

  • Proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial: You don’t wait for instructions; you create opportunities.

  • Fluent in English and an expert speaker of one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish etc.)

Bonus Points 🌟

  • Experience with channel sales, distribution partners or reseller networks.

  • Experience constructing teams or business units from scratch and other entrepreneurial projects.

  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll.

  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
