We’re currently seeking Partners & Executive Communications Manager to join our Communications team in Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Communications, you will be the driving force behind executive storytelling for Factorial's C-suite and partners team across international markets.

About the team

This role sits within Factorial's Global Communications function, a cross-functional team spanning five pillars: Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Executive & Leadership Communications, Internal Communications, and Sponsorship & Events. The team operates at the centre of Factorial's brand and narrative, working closely with leadership, partners, and markets across the world.

The role

We are looking for a Partners & Executive Communications Manager to join our Communications team in Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Communications, you will be the driving force behind executive storytelling for Factorial's C-suite and partners team across international markets.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely excited by the craft of communication: building narratives that land, shaping the voices of senior leaders, and representing Factorial on some of the biggest stages in the industry.

What you will do

• Develop and manage executive storytelling for Factorial's C-suite and key partners, ensuring consistent, compelling narratives across all touchpoints and markets.

• Write and produce keynotes, scripts, speeches, and talking points for industry events, conferences, media appearances, and Factorial's own events program.

• Prepare executives and partners for panel discussions, live interviews, and public engagements, including media prep, briefing documents, and Q&A preparation.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications and Corporate Communications pillars to align executive narratives with broader brand and business positioning.

• Partner with market leads and regional teams to adapt global storytelling for local audiences across Factorial's international markets.

• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality across all deliverables.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Factorial's events and communications program as the function scales.
  
  What we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, ideally with exposure to executive communications, PR, or content strategy in a B2B or tech environment.

  • Proven experience writing keynotes, scripts, speeches, or other long-form communications content for senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to adapt tone and style across different speakers, formats, and markets.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality in everything you produce.

  • Comfortable working with senior leaders, managing feedback, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A genuine interest in technology, HR, and the future of work is a plus.

  Nice to have

  • Experience working in or with SaaS or HR tech companies.

  • Familiarity with event production or sponsorship management.

  • Additional European language skills.

  What we offer

  • A base salary of 38,000 euros per year, with a 10% variable bonus paid quarterly.
