ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding our Customer Delivery team and are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of operational activities across our customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational requests are handled in a structured, timely, and reliable way, from initiation through to completion, while supporting clients through onboarding activities and ongoing needs.

You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with customers on operational matters. The role requires a consistent and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on ensuring that tasks are followed through and completed without gaps.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day Customer Delivery operational activities
  • Manage internal requests from creation through to completion, ensuring proper tracking, follow-up, and timely resolution
  • Prepare and organize data and information to support customer needs
  • Set up and maintain platform environments for onboarding and ongoing customer use
  • Deliver training and refresher sessions to customers as needed
  • Maintain clear and structured communication on operational topics (e.g. access, updates, deliverables)
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain consistency across workflows and processes
  • Contribute to a structured and reliable operational environment where tasks are fully completed and effectively communicated

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Shipping, IT or related field)
  • Up to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow them through to completion
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • A methodical and reliable approach to work
  • A mindset oriented towards improving processes, including ability to automate repetitive tasks
