As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in our Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and general ledger operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial data that drives our business decisions. What You'll Accomplish
In your first 3 months: You will dive into our financial systems (NetSuite) and processes, taking ownership of the daily cash application process. You will learn to accurately apply customer payments to invoices, identify discrepancies, and build relationships with the team by supporting basic month-end close tasks under guidance.
In your first 6 months: You will expand your scope to managing and reconciling specific General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will become a key contributor to the month-end close, seamlessly executing your assigned tasks and proactively resolving payment discrepancies with customers to support healthy cash flow.
