Compensation

  • $23.50 – $27.00 per hour

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.

You will be the first touchpoint for many of our candidates, playing a critical mission-driven role in ensuring they have a seamless, inclusive, and positive experience. By managing the complex logistics of scheduling and coordination, you allow our recruiters and hiring managers to focus on finding the best talent to achieve our mission of helping people move beyond pain.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience: You will own the scheduling logistics for high-volume interview loops, ensuring every candidate feels respected and valued through timely, clear, and professional communication.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: You will maintain 100% data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), ensuring that candidate records, interview stages, and feedback forms are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Partner for Success: You will collaborate closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to solve scheduling puzzles, manage calendar changes, and ensure interview panels are prepared and on time.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-facing role (internships included).

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and the ability to manage complex calendars.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional email etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse).

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
