Physical therapists are the backbone of the comprehensive clinical care team at Hinge Health. The role is called “Flex Physical Therapist” for a reason - your flexibility and resilience is critical!

Our Flex hour model: As a non-exempt employee, you will be scheduled to work between 25-40 hours/week (with optional overtime if offered), which fluctuates depending on member needs. You will be notified of your schedule outlook at least one month in advance and fully confirmed 2 weeks in advance.
You embrace technology-forward care delivery, utilizing telehealth, in-app messaging, and a variety of digital tools to serve members at significant scale.
What You’ll Accomplish
Evaluate and treat patients remotely utilizing a variety of digital tools to manage care and oversee technology outputs.
Communicate effectively to drive member engagement and articulate clinical reasoning to drive product development.
Knowledgeable about biopsychosocial model, patient-centered MSK care, behavior change models, pain neuroscience education, and evidence-informed practice.
Provides high caliber of service resulting in high customer satisfaction and improved clinical outcomes.
Manages patients safely and efficiently given a large and varied caseload.
Who You Are
Experience or Interest in Telehealth: Demonstrates excellent and clear decision making to evaluate, treat, and manage MSK members, including some pelvic health, utilizing a biopsychosocial model as appropriate.
Effective Patient Management: Manages a large and varied caseload of members safely and efficiently, utilizing a variety of digital tools to manage care and communicate effectively.
Effective Communication: Able to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally, with members, colleagues, and other professionals.
Change Agility: Highly adaptable to taking on new workflows, processes and challenges within a fast-paced environment by employing critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Basic Qualifications
You have 2-4 years of clinical physical therapy experience practicing in an orthopedics setting, evaluating and treating a variety of MSK conditions.
At least 1 year of in person Pelvic Health clinical experience and completion of Level 1 and Level 2b Herman & Wallace or APTA Level 1 and Level 2 Pelvic Health training.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least 1 state of the United States. Ability to complete required documentation to secure additional state licenses upon receipt of offer, within a timely manner.
You must be able to deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connectivity and within the United States.
Able to work evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, or related specialties
