About the Role
As the Senior Growth Marketer, Partner Integrations, you sit at the intersection of marketing execution, business strategy and technical integration. In this role you operate primarily as a strategic Growth marketer tasked with driving new members to Hinge Health. You achieve this by serving as a bridge between external partners, the Hinge Health growth apparatus and internal Product, Engineering and Commercial teams. You understand how to build and manage partnerships, turning external requirements and business motivations into scalable and mutually beneficial programs. Externally, you represent Hinge Health to current and potential partners building trust through clear communication and deep knowledge. Internally, you collaborate across teams to devise, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives. Your success will be measured by your ability to simplify complex challenges, prioritize among numerous opportunities, and lead strong execution to evolve our partner integrations function, driving growth and deepening competitive advantage.
What You’ll Accomplish
Drive New Member Sign Ups: Drive accelerated growth by launching and optimizing partner integrations, extending Hinge Health's offering to new members in a timely and relevant manner across the funnel.
Coordinate Activity Across Functions: Scale partner integrations to drive results, developing a compelling, data-backed narrative and using it to align and attract resources across Data Science, Creative, Product, and Commercial teams.
Channel Optimization: Proactively monitor the performance and adoption of live integrations. Lead execution on identified optimization opportunities to ensure scalable performance over time.
Scalable Partner Ecosystem: Build scale into ongoing operations by identifying repeatable patterns and working across teams to implement product and process improvements to efficiently a rapidly growing portfolio of third-party partners.
Influence the Product Roadmap: Provide data-driven feedback to the Growth Product team that directly informs prioritization of partner integrations and development of platform features.

Business Creativity: Ability to decode underlying partner motivations and align them with Hinge Health goals to design new motions that drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strategic Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritize current and potential opportunities - using data to develop a clear perspective on those with breakout potential and strategically aligning focus and resources to successfully execute on them.
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience effectively managing cross-functional relationships across a wide range of business, marketing and product functions.
Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex technical concepts and specifications into clear business value and vice-versa.
Problem Solving: A proactive mindset for identifying potential integration risks early and proposing creative workarounds or phased rollout strategies.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt approach to ensure productive engagement across an array of functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical Fluency: Experience in HealthTech, MedTech or at a company that integrates with EMR platforms and other entities within the healthcare ecosystem, including fluency in Healthcare regulations around marketing executions and data sharing.
API & Ecosystem Expertise: Prior experience managing technical integrations, including the ability to read and interpret technical documentation without engineering assistance.
Strategic Product Thinking: Experience working directly within a Product Operations framework, with demonstrated ability to influence roadmaps using partner feedback and market data.
Strategic Negotiation Skills: Able to effectively broker agreements that balance partner demands with internal resource constraints– driving alignment and securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
