The Opportunity
Join Hinge Health’s Client Success team and help make excellent client delivery feel effortless. As a Client Delivery Specialist, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support to multiple Client Success Leads, helping them deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality experiences for our clients and their members.
This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role where strong organization, project coordination, communication, and attention to detail make a meaningful difference. You’ll partner with teams across Commercial, Growth, Analytics, Operations, Product, Member Support, Billing, and Legal to keep client work moving and help our clients achieve better outcomes.
What You’ll Accomplish
In your first 3 months, learn Hinge Health’s client-success workflows, tools, and reporting processes, and become a reliable day-to-day partner to Client Success Leads.
Manage and execute assigned operational projects and support department and cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion.
Coordinate multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables while following established processes and escalating questions when needed.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information and help identify and correct data-quality issues.
Prepare client reports and segment client data based on defined criteria to support client communications, events, and business reviews.
Resolve client issues and inquiries routed through Member Support and Billing, using sound judgment and engaging the right stakeholders when additional support is needed.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and support outcomes for clients and members.
In your first year, become a trusted operational partner who anticipates needs, communicates risks clearly, and consistently delivers accurate work across multiple Client Success relationships.

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and following established processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at a high-growth company or startup, with an understanding of the pace and ambiguity that can come with a rapidly evolving environment.
Experience in digital health, healthcare, benefits, or a related industry.
Familiarity with client-success, customer relationship management, project-management, reporting, or data-segmentation tools.
Experience preparing reports, maintaining operational data, or supporting process improvements.
Experience developing client-facing materials.
Office-Based Work Model
This is an office-based role in our San Francisco office and requires regular in-person attendance. Additional role-specific details will be shared during the recruiting process.
