What You Will Do As the Business Development Associate/Manager for Klarna Audiences, you will drive the commercial side of Klarna's off-site commerce media product, selling to brands and agencies across both our managed-service and self-service offers. You will convert existing pipeline relationships into paying customers and be Klarna's voice in the industry conversations that matter. You will also work with DSP and SSP partners, building on a product, legal framework, and data pipeline that are already live. Beyond closing deals, you will shape how the product evolves, feeding what you learn in-market into pricing, packaging, and roadmap decisions alongside Product. Who You Are • 4-8 years of experience selling commerce media, retail media, programmatic, or ad-data solutions • Established agency relationships at major holding companies, such as Dentsu, IPG, Publicis, Havas, GroupM, or Omnicom • Strong working knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, identity, clean rooms, and measurement, and how managed service, self-service, and data fees are priced and traded • Proven track record pitching to and closing CMOs, VP Programmatic, and VP Media stakeholders • An independent operator who builds pitches, writes decks, and closes deals without support layers • Solid reputation in the industry, recognized by agencies, brands, and DSP partners • Based in New York, given the frequency of face-to-face work with agencies, brands, and DSP partners Awesome to Have • Experience translating in-market learnings into pricing, packaging, and product roadmap decisions • Comfortable representing a company at industry events and conferences • Experience selling across both managed-service and self-service models • Ability to sharpen existing sales materials, case studies, and positioning Please include a CV in English. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. The salary range posted in the job advertisement refers to the base pay. Base pay is part of a total compensation package, which may also include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health and wellness, and benefits such as life insurance, medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
