Mission

Neko Health exists to shift healthcare from treating illness to preventing it, using advanced, non‑invasive technology and clinical expertise to deliver early, actionable health insights.

Role Purpose

The Architecture Studio Operations Lead is the operational anchor of the Architecture Studio. You will design, implement, and run the systems, processes, and workflows that enable architects and designers to operate effectively at scale.

Your work creates the structure that allows creative teams to focus on design quality and impact, while ensuring projects are coordinated, information is accessible, and leadership has clear visibility across initiatives.

This role blends studio operations, project coordination, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration. You will partner closely with architects, designers, project leads, and internal stakeholders to keep the studio running smoothly, efficiently, and with clarity.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in enabling others to do their best work.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Establish and optimise operational workflows, systems, and reporting structures that improve visibility across architecture projects and enable efficient delivery (Chase 10X, not 10%).

  • Support the full lifecycle of architecture projects — from planning through delivery — by coordinating timelines, milestones, dependencies, and documentation (Member‑first, always).

  • Introduce or optimise digital and AI‑enabled tools to streamline reporting, coordination, and operational insight across the Architecture Studio (Tech‑enabled, human‑centred).

  • Build and maintain centralised project documentation, shared resources, and studio systems to improve transparency and consistency.

  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration between Architecture, Design, Brand, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

  • Foster a positive, organised, and collaborative studio culture through clear rituals, communication, and team support (Hard truths, high hopes).

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of Architecture Studio team members, helping raise operational standards and studio effectiveness over time.

    About the Creative Team

At Neko, design is central to how our products are developed, experienced, and trusted. Rather than distributing creative responsibilities across multiple teams, we have brought all creative disciplines together within a single Creative Department.

Our ambition is to deliver a coherent, intentional, and seamless design journey across digital and physical environments — spanning product, space, and brand. Every touchpoint is designed to feel connected, considered, and purposeful.

The Creative Department is structured around three closely collaborating studios: Architecture, Design, and Brand.

About titles at Neko

We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
