About you

You're a product leader who's run a line end-to-end and owned the outcome, not just the output. You think commercially by default, you know enterprise procurement cold, and you'd rather ship and learn than polish a plan. And you can sell the vision to engineers, to execs, and to customers in the room.

Revenue ownership stays with the commercial org. Making revenue possible is on you- turning a powerful capability into a product the market gets, sales can pitch in a sentence, and customers deploy in days.

Your daily adventures will include
  • Owning our Supplier Management product line as a business. Define and execute the 12/24/36-month strategy and vision for the pillar, and own roadmap priorities, product management, engineering execution, and design direction.

  • Moving with a ruthless bias for action. Build fast, validate directly with users, and cut anything that doesn't drive customer love or a commercial outcome. No analysis paralysis.

  • Driving commercial success. Embed commercial thinking into every product decision: positioning, demo, deployment, adoption, expansion and support field enablement, customer messaging, demo strategy, pricing inputs, and packaging.

  • Collapsing time-to-value. Go-live can run ~90 days from signing while competitors promise value in a week. Close that gap.

  • Leading cross-functionally. Be the executive owner and connective tissue for across Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue, Solutions, Deployments, Customer Success, and Alliances- aligning everyone around shared customer outcomes.

  • Ensuring operational excellence & scale. Build repeatable deployment approaches, onboarding models, and playbooks, and ensure the pillar integrates naturally into SAP, Coupa/Ariba, and the broader enterprise procurement ecosystem.

  • Evangelizing. Be the voice of the product line internally and externally- make people walk away thinking "I had no idea this was possible."

  • Continuously evolving. Watch customers, usage analytics, competitors, ecosystem shifts, and AI advances; adapt strategy and investment, and spot the next hiring, partnership, and innovation bets.

What you bring
  • GM-level ownership & commercial judgment. You've run a product or business line end-to-end and made decisions that optimize long-term customer and commercial value.

  • Deep enterprise procurement fluency. You genuinely understand how central procurement/CPO organizations work, and can talk commercial terms credibly with buyers.

  • Bias for action at enterprise scale. A track record of shipping fast, validating with real users, and driving adoption inside large, complex enterprises.

  • Proven track record across product management, and/or founding/operating a business, and/or procurement (in-house or consulting), with meaningful time in AI or enterprise SaaS.

  • Default to collaborating across teams, regardless of reporting lines.

  • Deeply engaged with modern AI and agentic products, with a strong point of view on where the technology is heading and how it will reshape the way we work.

  • Experience taking a capability to market: packaging, pricing inputs, positioning, and enablement.

  • Operate with Founder Mode mindset: move fast, take ownership, and relentlessly drive progress and impact.

As a bonus

  • Built or scaled a "0→1" product line inside a larger company.

  • An existing network among CPOs / procurement leaders.
