About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we’re on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We’re trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we’re tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we’re driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you’re excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we’d love you on the team.

Just as you have contributed to the growth of Perk in your current role, we want to give you the opportunity to continue learning, developing & growing on your Perk journey. We have an exciting internal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated candidate to join our Deal Desk team!

Perk is transitioning from a Travel Management only platform to a comprehensive Travel & Spend Management ecosystem. As we undergo this product shift, our Deal Desk team is also maturing. We are transitioning from a reactive, task-driven support function to a proactive, strategic sales management partner.

As the (Senior) Deal Desk Analyst primarily supporting DACH, you will be a key contributor to this evolution. You will support the team’s shift toward high-value consultancy by modeling a proactive approach to pipeline risk mitigation, deal structuring, and commercial strategy.

Do you have a successful track record in your role, and do you want to progress your career in Deal Desk? Then go ahead and apply!

What You'll Do

1. Pipeline Management & Deal Velocity

  • Friction Removal: Work directly with Sales Management to unblock high-priority deals, ensuring they move through approval gates and legal reviews as quickly as possible.

  • Forecasting Partnership: Partner with Sales Leadership to provide an accurate, risk-adjusted view of the pipeline, ensuring that "target-critical" deals are prioritised and cleared in partnership with stakeholders.

  • The Traffic Controller: Proactively monitor the DACH sales pipeline to identify deals that are stalling.

2. Commercial & Legal Enablement (Mid-Market & Enterprise)

  • Standard Terms Support: Actively manage the standard terms review process for deals. You will support the negotiation and alignment of commercial and legal terms to ensure they meet our evolving Spend Management standards.

  • Guardrail Governance: Ensure deals adhere to company policy while proactively suggesting "standardised" workarounds for common procurement hurdles.

3. Scaling through Automation & Process

  • Operational Builder: Lead the transition from "task-driven" to "automated" by identifying manual bottlenecks in the current Deal Desk workflow and driving Salesforce automations to solve them.

  • Process Discipline: Establish and refine the "commercial logic" for our new product suite, creating templates and frameworks that allow the team to scale without adding administrative friction.

4. Salesforce & Data Mastery

  • Velocity Insights: Use Salesforce data to tell the story of the pipeline. Identify where deals are getting stuck and provide actionable insights to Sales Management on how to decrease sales cycles and increase win rates.

  • Systems Expert: Act as the point of contact for Salesforce optimisation, ensuring that our processes work for the team.

To apply, you must have:

  • A proven track record of high performance in your current role.

  • Excellent English + German at a near native level.

  • Previous track record of successfully working as a Sales Executive for the DACH market.
