The Role

Wonder's agency work is where brands first experience what AI-native production can do, and it's the commercial engine that funds everything else we build. We've already built relationships with partners including Google, Universal Music Group, major streamers, brands and sports teams and this role exists to own and grow that momentum, deepening our relationships in the US and building the pipeline that will define Wonder's next chapter there.

We're looking for someone who has spent their career inside the advertising world, leading client relationships at a brand or agency, and who wants to bring that network and understanding of the traditional industry to a company building the next generation of production. You understand how a brief becomes a pitch, how a pitch becomes a scope, and how a scope becomes a partnership that lasts beyond one campaign. You know how to sit across the table from a CMO or brand lead, translate what they need into something creatively ambitious and commercially sound, and manage that relationship with the judgment a top agency client team brings to every account.

You'll work directly with Wonder's CEO and creative team to own go-to-market for our brand and agency partnerships in New York end to end, while helping define how Wonder positions itself to an industry still working out what AI-native production services means for their business.

What You’ll Own

  • Growing and deepening Wonder's brand and agency relationships, pipeline, and presence in the US
  • The full pitch process: intake briefs, shape creative and commercial proposals, and present alongside Wonder's creative and production teams
  • Key client relationships day to day, including account growth, expansion, and long-term renewal
  • Translating brand and agency briefs into scopes that are both creatively ambitious and commercially sound, working closely with production to protect quality and margin
  • Wonder's positioning and credibility with brand and agency stakeholders, making the case for what AI-native production unlocks that traditional production can't
  • Positioning Wonder as a cutting-edge creative agency bridging traditional and generative production - specialising in hybrid campaigns that push creative boundaries, win awards, and deliver lighthouse work for flagship brands
  • The GTM playbook, pipeline reporting, and pitch process as New York continues to grow

Go-to-Market & Pipeline

  • Grow and deepen Wonder's pipeline, relationships, and presence across the US
  • Support leadership in outbound business development with agencies, brands, and creative partners to expand Wonder's footprint in the US market
  • Build and evolve Wonder's advertising GTM playbook, tools, and supporting materials as the US business scales

Pitch & Proposal Development

  • Own the full pitch process end to end alongside Wonder's creative and production teams, protecting quality and margin along the way
  • Lead the coordination of RFPs, managing timelines, materials, and cross-team alignment to deliver high-quality, on-time submissions

Client Relationships & Delivery

  • Serve as the owner of key client relationships, driving account growth, expansion, and long-term renewal
  • Be the connective tissue between clients and Wonder's creative and production teams, ensuring clients feel supported and confident at every stage
  • Turn single projects into ongoing partnerships by managing the relationship with the judgment a top agency account team brings to every client

Positioning & Operations

  • Shape Wonder's positioning and credibility with brand and agency stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, ensuring every opportunity moves cleanly through the funnel

What You'll Bring

  • 5-7+ years of experience in advertising, in a client-facing leadership role at a top agency or on the brand side, with a track record of winning and growing client relationships
  • Fluency in how brands and agencies actually operate: budget cycles, procurement, creative review processes, and the stakeholders involved in getting work approved and renewed
  • Experience leading pitches end to end, from brief to proposal to close, and turning single projects into ongoing partnerships
  • Genuine interest in AI as a creative and production tool, with curiosity about where the space is heading and confidence discussing it with clients
  • Strong commercial judgment paired with the creative instinct to know what a brand actually needs
  • Comfort building process in a fast-moving environment rather than operating within an established playbook
