The role
We’re looking for a Social Content Intern who lives and breathes the internet - especially food, recipes, TikTok trends, and creator-led content. This role is hands-on and creative, focused on helping us produce culturally relevant, scroll-stopping content that feels native to social platforms.

You’ll work closely with the social media & influencer manager to ideate, shoot and edit food-led social content - from quick recipe formats to lo-fi, behind-the-scenes office TikTok-style videos.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who’s already making content, understands what performs online, and wants real responsibility rather than admin work.

What you’ll be doing

• Spotting and sharing daily internet trends across TikTok, Instagram and food culture

• Helping ideate recipe formats and food-led social concepts

• Shooting and editing short-form content (primarily TikTok / Reels)

• Creating lo-fi, creator-style videos (office content, POVs, food prep, trends)

• Assisting with social shoots and light on-site filming when needed

• Executing content quickly and independently
  

What we’re looking for

• Someone genuinely obsessed with TikTok, food content, creators and internet culture

• Basic experience filming and editing short-form video (CapCut / native editing is fine)

• Strong eye for what feels current, cool and culturally relevant

• Confident shooting content on a phone (not overly polished, very native)

• Proactive, ideas-led, and comfortable working independently

• Bonus: interest in food, recipes, wellness or hospitality

• You want hands-on experience rather than observing from the sidelines
